	ESCO authorized repairs or replacements are made through the original manufacturer. This ensures that quality is consistent and that the replacement parts are original manufacturer equipment.
	We use a "bill to, ship to" process which provides shipments to your office and invoicing to ESCO. You get the product and we get the bill.
	The direct arrangement allows us to keep the process simple and not get in the way. The repaired or replacement devices get to you and your patient as quickly as possible.
	We allow customized co-payments for your office. The fees to cover your time and services are paid directly to you by your patient.
