If you’re covered by an ESCO protection plan,
it’s easy to get a replacement or repair. We do our best to
handle all claims swiftly and efficiently, helping you hear again
with the same make and model you currently enjoy.
To file a claim, you must submit a completed, signed
claim form within 90 days of your loss, damage, or breakdown. Signatures of
both the policyholder AND your hearing aid professional are required.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Once we receive your claim, ESCO will send an
authorization number to your hearing aid professional.
- Your hearing aid professional will then order
a replacement or repair from the manufacturer.
- The manufacturer will ship the repaired or
replaced hearing aid directly to your hearing aid professional’s
office.
- Ask your hearing aid professional to contact
you immediately when your hearing aid arrives.
