Protection Plus

  1. Download the Protection Plus application.
  2. Complete the policyholder section of the form.
  3. Bring the completed application and your hearing aid to your hearing aid professional, who must inspect the devices and complete the hearing device portion of the form.
  4. You or your hearing aid professional must submit the completed form with payment to ESCO within 30 days of inspection.

Platinum Plan

  1. Download the Platinum Plan application.
  2. Complete the policyholder section of the form.
  3. Bring the completed application and your hearing aid to your hearing aid professional, who must inspect the devices and complete the hearing device portion of the form.
  4. You or your hearing aid professional must submit the completed form with payment to ESCO within 30 days of inspection.

ESCO offers warranty gap coverage

If your patient has filed a loss claim within the hearing device manufacturer’s warranty period, they don’t need to wait to restore complete coverage.
